Learning From Incidents

Learning from Incidents is an important tool to prevent reoccurrence of similar incidents by highlighting potential hazards and risks at the worksite and enhancing safety awareness. In this course we learn about the description, root cause and learnings of the three incidents (Fall from height – fatal incident, Electrocution of AEO Technician, LCV Cascade hose pulling) that occurred in ATGL. The lessons learned from incident investigations must be implemented that will lead to an actual improvement in safety.
