You are about to embark on the Eight Learning Journey of the Digital Dexterity Program at Adani Group, titled "Analytics and AI Essentials - Part 02".This module starts by recapping Analytics and AI Essentials from the previous module. The Journey is led by Ganes Kesari (Faculty - EMERITUS) and is concluded by Siddharth Purohit (Fellow and Digital Transformation Officer, Adani).
The Journey covers the fundamentals of AI, its relevance to the Adani group, and its application in solving business problems. It emphasizes understanding challenges and applying AI methodically to achieve business goals. The Journey highlights AI's historical development, key disciplines, and use cases within the Adani group, such as computer vision for monitoring PPE compliance at Adani Power. Cases study from Adani Natural Resources on Integrated Resource Management (IRM) using ML for dynamic pricing and Kutch Copper Limited implementing optimization model have also been discussed in this module. You will also explore different types of AI, including narrow AI and AGI and their potential risks and benefits. The Journey provides insights into AI disciplines like robotics, computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning, with examples of AI use cases in agriculture and safety monitoring to illustrate practical applications in solving real-world problems. The module will also cover the importance of addressing ethics and bias in data and AI. The journey also highlights the need for governance frameworks, diversity, and ethical practices in AI development.
NOTE: You are expected to follow a structured learning path, i.e., start with the first learning track that appears, move on to the next ones after completing it, take the knowledge checks as they come up in the learning path and finish the Final Assessment. The Journey will be marked as completed only when all the learning assets and tracks are completed.
