Welcome to the course titled "Anti-Corruption, Anti-Bribery, and Conflict of Interest Policy". At Adani, we aim to conduct our business honestly and ethically. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. The company is dedicated to maintaining professionalism, fairness, and integrity in all business dealings. It strictly prohibits unethical activities, including direct and indirect bribery through third parties. Designated personnel are prohibited from engaging in such activities. Any employee, partner, vendor, supplier, or stakeholder who suspects or becomes aware of potential bribery must report it to the Vigilance and Ethics Officer.
