Welcome to the course titled "Insider Trading" for Adani Group employees. This is a condensed version of the main course. While the full course must be completed at least once, this condensed version is required to be completed annually, as directed by the Group Secretarial Team.The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in its effort to safeguard investor interests, introduced the SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 under the SEBI Act, 1992. These regulations, applicable to all listed companies, came into effect on May 15, 2015.Adani Group’s Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (referred to as the Code of Conduct or simply the Code) aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by the 2018 regulations.We hope this course will help you to trade responsibly and in full compliance with the guidelines set forth by Adani Group Management.
