Phases of Digital Platform Lifecycle Management (DPLM)

Radheshyam Yadav

This third track will help you understand the four phases of Digital Platform Lifecycle Management (DPLM). The first phase, Design and Planning, involves four steps: defining platform objectives, conducting market research, developing platform architecture, and creating a roadmap. Phase two, Development and Implementation, encompasses building infrastructure, developing interfaces, integrating APIs, ensuring security, and conducting testing. Phase three, Launch and Scaling, includes planning rollout strategies, monitoring performance, scaling resources, optimizing based on analytics, and implementing marketing campaigns. The final phase, Sunset or Renewal, involves evaluating performance, assessing market dynamics, deciding the platform's future, and executing either a sunset plan or iterating on design and features for renewal.
