GET Development Journey at Adani: 2025-26

Welcome to the eVidyalaya learning journey titled "GET Development Journey at Adani". This Journey is designed to support new Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) as they begin their careers across various functions and departments at Adani. Recognizing that starting a new job can be overwhelming, this journey ensures that GETs are equipped with the essential tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. This Learning Journey has four tracks which has skill benchmark associated with it. Complete the skill benchmark to understand your skill level which will help you for effective learning. Additionally, AI Simulation modules are included for soft-skills which is important for practicing on the learned concepts of critical soft-skills. We have also included one of the custom AI Simulator in organizational mandated module to understand and reflect on our Adani Values and Culture elements.Organization Mandated Modules: This track has modules which will provide a strong foundation in Adani’s workplace compliance, values, and culture. Understanding these is crucial for aligning with organizational expectations and maintaining professional integrity.Soft and Power Skills Development Module: The contents of this track focuses on enhancing communication, collaboration, leadership, and emotional intelligence. These skills are vital for building strong professional relationships and navigating complex work environments effectively.Functional Orientation Module: This track will help you understand the basics of agile, six sigma, project management and finance skills.Productivity Tools Module: This track will equips you with practical knowledge of digital tools and platforms used at Adani. Mastery of these tools boosts efficiency and enables smarter work practices.Through this journey, GETs will gain real-world insights, build critical capabilities, and develop the behavioral and functional competencies needed to outperform and outlast in their current and future roles at Adani.
