Welcome to the fourth track titled “Hybrid Digital Project Management Methodology”. Here the faculty discusses the concept of Hybrid Methodologies in project management, which blends elements of both Agile and Waterfall approaches. He emphasizes the importance of flexibility in project planning and execution, adapting the methodology based on project characteristics, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. He also highlights the benefits of hybrid methodologies in digital project management, such as flexibility, risk mitigation, and optimized delivery.This track also consists of a Case Study on Adani DPM - Stage Gated Agile by Vaibhav Patki (Principal Consultant - Gladwell Academy). He outlines a unique approach adopted by Adani Natural Resources (NR) for digital project management. He mentions that this approach combines traditional waterfall and agile methodologies to create a Stage-Gated Agile framework which aims to enhance digital solution development, launch, and maintenance. It includes Stages and Gates to ensure structured progress, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. He also highlights the benefits of this hybrid methodology along with its challenges and the processes and templates involved in its implementation.
