Welcome to the Eleventh Learning Journey "Digital Project Management" as part of the Digital Dexterity Program at Adani Group. It is facilitated by Sandeep Raut and Vaibhav Patki.Rupesh Nain (CIO – Adani Natural Resources) introduces the topic and contextualises it for the learners. He emphasizes the importance of Digital Project Management in transforming innovative ideas into reality through strategic planning and precise execution, covering methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, leveraging advanced technologies such as IoT and AI. Saikat Ghosh (Head - Technology & Architecture, Natural Resources) concludes by highlighting the need for strategic vision and adaptable leadership in digital project management.This journey also has few Adani case studies where Mohit Sang (VP & Product Head – Consumer Business, Adani Digital Labs) how ADL implemented the Agile framework to enhance flexibility and responsiveness in delivering high-priority features within the Duty-Free Line of Business. And Vaibhav Patki (Principal Consultant – Gladwell Academy) explaining "Stage-gated Agile framework" an agile and hybrid methodologies implemented at Adani Natural Resources that caters right from digital solution development till solution launch and maintenance. The journey explores principles, methodologies, tools, and techniques for effective project execution, addressing challenges and risks associated with digital projects. This structured track wise journey is designed, custom curated with valuable inputs and curriculum defined by our Chief Digital Officers along with eVidyalaya team. As we embark on this journey, a unified understanding and awareness of digital transformation among all employees will be the bedrock of our success. You are required to follow a structured learning path i.e. start moving from the first learning track that is showing up, move into the next ones post completing it, go through knowledge checks as they arrive in learning path and complete the Final Assessment. Journey will show as completed only when all learning assets and tracks show as completed.
